JC is a 10 year veteran of the tough NYC blues scene. He played with New Orleans legend, the late Earl King, the Holmes Brothers, and Ben E. King. He opened for Johnny Copeland, Walter “Wolfman” Washington and Little Feet. His versatility enabled him to work with Harry Belafonte, Manu Dibango and Cassandra Wilson. He worked with the Harlem Gospel Singers and Queen Esther Marrow for 5 years as guitarist, arranger, and musical supervisor. He last toured as guitarist with bass and vocal virtuoso Richard Bona.
