John is an amazing singer and explosive entertainer!
John has been fortunate enough to travel across forty-five countries performing with the world-famous Harlem Gospel Choir, Voices of Inspiration, Gospel Golden, and his solo career. The rising artist has also been heard by some of America's most important citizens. Some of them are: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the State of the United States of America, the National Treasury, and the National Black and Puerto Rican Caucus. Recently,
John was recently sung at Jazz at Lincoln Center with world-renowned artist Wynton Marsalis. John was also seen on Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer, Bravo's Top Chef, Bulgaria's version of Dancing with the Stars, as well as a variety of international radio and TV shows.
John has performed a wide range of repertoire, from solo classical and choral works to jazz, gospel, R & B, pop and musical theater. His career has taken him so far to play in Argentina and Italy to win the NAACP National ACTSO competition. He is currently working with his company Voices of Inspiration NY LLC. as an international teacher / teacher.
John is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music, where he studied with renowned mezzo-soprano Delores Ziegler. While there Mr. Alexander performed with NEC opera program, chamber singers, pentatonic and conservatory choirs.
